Not suitable for my needs

I ordered these in custom sizes (additional charge which I did not know about) as I wanted to use them as horizontal balusters for my internal stairs cases. These were recommended/suggested by the sales team as an alternative to the black hollow they have. Unfortunately they are a bit too heavy, and unlikely to get a refund due to custome cutting so now I'll have to source something a bit more appropriate.

However I will say the items are as described and did arrive efficiently.
