COVID-19 Service Update

The COVID-19 global crisis is affecting us all. Our first priority is to maintain public health in-line with Government advice, while aiming to continue serving our customers and help them to get their jobs done. Where it is safe to do so, we are keeping our warehouse open - colleagues and customers should follow government guidelines and not come in to facility if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID- 19. Please visit NHS 111 for more information. We recommend where possible to use our online shop , this way you can browse safely on your own device and place orders safely and have them delivered. Orders can also be placed over the telephone as normal and arranged for delivery via national couriers.

Warehouse & Office

At present we are able to offer orders over the phone and online for delivery via national couriers. We can handle all customer service queries via telephone or e-mail or WhatsApp. 

If you already have an order out for delivery but you have since closed or unable to receive delivery, please advise us as soon as possible we can pass this information to the courier and have goods returned. 

National Deliveries

We are aware of some reduction in service from our delivery partners. Deliveries will be completed, but we cannot currently guarantee our next day delivery service and are monitoring the situation and advice that is being given to us by our carriers. This information will be updated here should any major changes happen. In order to keep you updated with your delivery progress, please ensure we have your mobile number, email address and that the information we have for you on our system is correct.

Most are advising that deliveries are not required to be signed and are authorised by the driver. Please ensure any damages or discrepancies are reported to the driver. 

Local Deliveries

From 24 March 2020 we are no longer offering a local delivery service in the North East. We can only accept orders to be delivered on a national courier, this is still operating on a next day basis. 

Trade Counter Sales/Collections

As from Tuesday 24th March, the trade counter (In Swalwell, Newcastle upon Tyne) will be closed to customers and the general public to safeguard our staff and to minimise any unnecessary contact with each other. 

Stock & Service

We have very large stockholdings and are able to continue offering our same great service. Even if there is disruption in the supply chain, we will have stocks to cover the vast majority of our range for at least 12 months. 

We aim to offer the same high standard of service with orders being delivered next day when ordered before 3pm, however as things change quickly we may need to reduce order cut off times.
