Refund policy

You may cancel your order by giving us notification of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of delivery. For goods that have been delivered, the customer must pay for the return of the goods and we will refund the order. You can send the goods back to us at your own cost by using an online parcel service or other method - please ensure the service has sufficient insurance for lost/damages as we cannot accept responsibility for this. We can arrange collection of goods but there is typically a minimum charge of £30 + VAT. 

Goods must be returned in their original condition and unbroken packaging if relevant. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory condition may have the return rejected or be subjected to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the original value of the product. 

For damaged or faulty goods, we will offer to send a replacement or a full refund of the value of the goods. We will pay for the collection of goods or reimburse the customer for the cost of returning to us.
