Stainless steel glass brackets and clamps in 304 and 316, for 4mm to 21mm glass, fixing to a flat surface or to 42.4mm and 48.3mm tube.

Stainless Steel Glass Clamps
Stainless steel glass brackets hold a glass panel to a post or a wall without drilling the glass — the clamp grips the edge and bolts to the structure behind it. This collection covers the full range in both 304 and 316 stainless steel, from a mini clamp for 4mm glass up to a large square clamp taking panels over 21mm thick. A rubber gasket set is included with every clamp, so it grips the glass firmly without the metal-to-glass contact that could mark or crack the panel.
Choosing the clamp
Two things decide the clamp: how it mounts, and how thick the glass is. For a flat surface — a wall, a fascia or a flat steel post — a D-type or square clamp bolts straight on, in sizes from 50×40×26mm up to 63×45×30mm. For a round upright, radius-backed clamps are cut to sit flush against 42.4mm or 48.3mm tube, matching our chrome balustrade posts. Glass thickness is stamped against each model: the mini D takes 4mm and 6mm, the 90° and 180° clamps take 8mm and 10mm, and the large square clamps bridge 12.76–16.76mm and 17.52–21.52mm for toughened or laminated panels.
304 or 316, and finish
Use 304 stainless steel inside and in dry covered areas; use 316 for coastal, poolside and external sites where salt or chlorine is present. Most clamps are a satin polish, with eight powder-coated options for a darker finish — and a matching black range in our black glass clamps collection. A weldable clamp and a glass stiffener end are stocked for fabricated jobs where a bolt-on clamp will not do.
Where they are used
These clamps suit stair balustrades, balconies, Juliet balconies, pool surrounds and shop fittings — anywhere a glass panel meets a frame. For the broader bracket and holder range, including larger spigots and standoffs, see our glass clamps collection, which groups every clamp type we stock in one place, from mini clamps to large square ones. Where you want no visible fixings at all, a frameless balustrade channel system holds the glass in a continuous base shoe instead.
