Overall, the lock is of good quality, but there's one caveat. The pin that locks with the key has a lot of play, making it impossible to drill a hole for it accurately. Overall, I think the lock is more good than bad.

Used 2 inch tube supports with welded base plates for handrail for stairs in split level lounge. Cut tubes to size fitted tops and handrail flat plates for mopstick rail. Excellent quality parts delivered quickly.
