Please be aware of potential disruptions to our delivery services due to various factors during this Christmas period. As a company committed to high levels of customer service, we are working diligently to ensure timely deliveries during this festive season.
Christmas Period Office Closure: Our offices will be closed from 2 pm on Friday, 22 December 2023, until Tuesday, 2 January 2024, at 8:30 am.
Online Orders: Orders placed during this period will not be dispatched until Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Delivery Note: Delivery dates are based on our standard next-day delivery service to most of the UK mainland. Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Isles, and Cornwall may require earlier ordering. Our Next Day service is not guaranteed, and due to high delivery volumes before Christmas, some deliveries may be delayed.
Important: There might be a backlog of orders upon our return, and some orders may experience delays. For urgent orders, please call us at 0191 488 1112.
