Reseller Policy

DC Iron does not operate an official reseller or distribution program but customers are permitted to resell our products with the conditions listed below.

Resellers can operate as a stockist and/or we are able to deliver direct to customers (dropship). 

1. Locations

Resellers are permitted to sell products on their own website, offline store or other local marketplaces.

Resellers can list products on online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, B&Q etc, provided the use of the DC Iron name is included in the product title and does not conflict with DC Iron's own listings. 

Resellers are not restricted by country. We will not dropship outside of the UK. 

2. Pricing

There is no restriction on what resellers sell products for. 

3. Branding, Content and Image use

Resellers may use the DC Iron logo which can be obtained directly from our website or by contacting us if you require a specific format. The logo must not be modified in any way, such as changing colours, orientation, aspect ratios or changing backgrounds. 

It is recommended that resellers generate their own product descriptions provided that they accurately describe the product and the benefits are not exaggerated. 

If resellers wish to use the DC Iron product images, it is required that the DC Iron brand is included in the product title.  Images must not be modified in anyway changing colours, orientation, aspect ratios, changing backgrounds or using AI image manipulation. 

Use of the DC Iron images without permission is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in restriction of supply or copyright infringement notices. 

4. Warranty & Support

DC Iron will not provide direct support to resellers' end customers including product support or customer service support. 

If a resellers' end customers wishes to make a return, the product(s) can be sent directly to us provided it complies with our returns policy. Products received without appropriate returns documentation will not be processed. 

5. Product modification

There is no restriction on resellers modifying products provided it does not mislead the end customer. 

Products may be sold under a different brand with written permission.

Products may be resold as bundles provided the image and content use policy is not breached. 

6. Delivery & Packaging

We are able to follow instructions for not including our own paperwork. 

DC Iron may use its own branded packaging and there is no guarantee that plain packaging will be used. 

DC Iron uses its own courier accounts and DC Iron naming or branding may be included in shipping labels or tracking pages. We do not use resellers own courier accounts or generic accounts. 

Resellers wishing to use their own branded packaging or paperwork require a written agreement put in place. This may have additional cost or requirements to meet certain spend levels. 

7. Quality Standards

Resellers are expected to maintain a reasonable quality standard in customer service. Resellers who cause unreasonable issues such as poor delivery address quality, or communication issues may have supply restricted. 

Resellers are expected to maintain their own fraud measures and we will not be responsible for handling issues for deliveries from stolen cards.
