Underground Electromechanical Operator for Swing Gates Kit.

The Ghost is an underground electromechanical operator suitable for residential and commercial swing gate applications. The powerful 400W irreversible motor locks the gate firmly against mechanical stops in both open and closed positions. (The stop can be located inside the foundation box casing). There is an Emergency manual release system which is used in the event of power failure, it is supplied with one key with each underground box. Ample drainage from the foundation boxes must be available to guarantee motor warranty.

The Ghost 200 Kit Includes:

• 2 x Ghost motors
• 2 x 215 Galvanized Foundation boxes
• 2 x Remote control
• 1 x set of photocells
• 1 x Net (230/24)N Control Board

On any gates over 3m long we would suggest choosing a 24v kit as the work cycle time is more than double that of a 230v kit. This will offer a lesser chance of the motor overheating on a longer travel time or when a gate is constantly opening and closing.
