Tube tops used for post caps

have fitted caps to wooden posts in garden, however as soon as it rained they went rusty, didn't say anything in the description about them not being suitable for use outdoors. have had to de-rust them and paint them.

The specification section does state they are mild steel with a raw finish so as they are a ferrous metal they would rust if left uncoated outside. The 1 star review is harsh if it's a misunderstanding.
